  2.         KLOTZ - free version.
  3. ------------------------------------------------------------
  4. KLOTZ is a game of falling pieces similar to TETRIS, for use
  5. under Microsoft Windows 2.x. and 3.0.
  6.  
  7. The current version is 2.11a. This is a maintenance release 
  8. correcting an error which made execution under Windows 2
  9. or Windows 3 in real mode flaky.

  11. KLOTZ211.COM is a self extracting archive containing the 
  12. following files:

  21. DOCUMENTATION

  23. KLOTZ.WRI is written with Windows Write, using a printer driver for the
  24. HP DeskJet Plus printer.  If you have something different, (PostScript
  25. printer, HP LaserJet with Softfonts), first try to print it asis.  If
  26. this doesn't work, try to change the whole document to a font your
  27. printer supports.  You can do that most easily by marking the whole
  28. document with CTRL-SHIFT-End and then changing the font.  Note: you
  29. don't loose the font size information, if you select a new font's name
  30. only and not a specific font size.  If this still doesn't work, save
  31. the document as KLOTZ.TXT with TEXT ONLY switched on.  Then load
  32. KLOTZ.TXT into the Notepad, switch line wrap to on and print it using
  33. the Notepad's PRINT function.

  35. You don't need to read the documentation in order to play KLOTZ.

  38. INSTALLATION
  39.  
  40. Installation of KLOTZ is easy: simply copy KLOTZ.EXE into
  41. the directory you normally use for Microsoft Windows
  42. applications and start it from there. KLOTZ will create
  43. a file KLOTZ20.DAT during the first play. It will change WIN.INI,
  44. if you request it to do so.
